What does tutoring management software do?
It keeps lesson scheduling, lesson outcomes, family invoices and tutor pay in one system. In Halqora, each one-to-one lesson's outcome is recorded once, and both the family's monthly invoice and the tutor's pay are calculated from it with the same rules, so the two always agree.
Can tutors see their own schedule and earnings?
Yes. Each tutor signs in to their own calendar in local time, records lesson outcomes and reports, and sees an earnings screen that uses the same rules as payroll. Admins manage the full schedule, every tutor and every family. Families need no account: students join from a private class link.
Does Halqora handle group tutoring?
Not today. Every lesson in Halqora is one-to-one, with one tutor and one student. Siblings can share a family invoice, but their lessons stay separate. Tutoring businesses built around private lessons are the fit.
How are late cancellations and no-shows billed and paid?
A student cancellation with at least 3 hours' notice is not charged; later cancellations and student no-shows are charged in full unless an admin grants an emergency exception. A tutor cancellation is never billed to the family. The tutor is paid for a student no-show after waiting half the lesson.
How much does Halqora cost for a tutoring business with 60 students?
On Academy, USD 2.50 per active student per month with a USD 99 minimum, 60 active students cost USD 150 a month; annual billing gives 2 months free. Starter is USD 39 a month for up to 25 active students. An active student has a class scheduled or taught that month. Free data import and a 14-day pilot are included.
