Can one family invoice cover several children?
Yes. Siblings keep their own one-to-one classes but share one monthly family invoice in the same currency. Parents open a private invoice page and PDF without an account, and the invoice can go out by email and on WhatsApp from your academy's number.
Which currencies and payment methods work for families in the UK, Pakistan, India and the Gulf?
Each family has a billing currency, such as GBP, PKR, INR, AED or USD, and invoices stay in it without conversion. Families pay into your own Wise, PayPal, Stripe or Mercury account and Halqora matches each payment; it never holds the money. Check what each provider offers where your academy is registered: Stripe, for example, is not open to businesses in Pakistan. Bank transfers and other payments can be recorded by hand.
Does Halqora handle group batches?
Not today. Every class in Halqora is one-to-one, with one tutor and one student. Academies built around private tuition are the fit.
Can invoices go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. Invoices and payment follow-ups go out from your academy's paired WhatsApp number, up to 50 messages a day, and by email on a reminder schedule you set. Your admins can also get WhatsApp alerts when a teacher or student joins or has not joined, and families can get an after-class report. There are no WhatsApp reminders before a class.
How much does Halqora cost for an academy with 80 students?
On Academy, USD 2.50 per active student per month with a USD 99 minimum, 80 active students cost USD 200 a month; annual billing gives 2 months free. Starter is USD 39 a month for up to 25 active students. An active student has a class scheduled or taught that month. Free data import and a 14-day pilot are included.
