How does Halqora handle a missed music lesson?
The teacher records the outcome: completed with a report, a student no-show or a student cancellation. A cancellation with at least 3 hours' notice is not charged; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full unless an admin grants an emergency exception. Book a makeup lesson in the same calendar when you agree one.
Can I share sheet music during an online lesson?
Yes. Upload PDF scores and exercises your school has rights to use to the classroom's book library. The teacher's page stays in sync for the student, and both can annotate it with a pen, highlighter, arrow and eraser. A whiteboard and screen sharing with annotation are in the same classroom.
Can siblings learning different instruments share one invoice?
Yes. Siblings keep separate one-to-one lessons, say violin for one child and piano for another, and share one monthly family invoice when they are billed in the same currency. The family opens a private invoice page and PDF without a login, and PayPal, Stripe, Wise or Mercury payments are matched to it.
Can teachers see their own schedule and pay?
Yes. Each teacher signs in to their own calendar in local time, records lesson outcomes and reports, and sees an earnings screen that uses the same rules as payroll. Pay follows each teacher's hourly rate and each lesson's outcome, including lateness.
How much does Halqora cost for a music school with 50 students?
On Academy, USD 2.50 per active student per month with a USD 99 minimum, 50 active students cost USD 125 a month; annual billing gives 2 months free. Starter is USD 39 a month for up to 25 active students. An active student has a class scheduled or taught that month. Free data import and a 14-day pilot are included.
